Every program starts with a simple question: What do young people need to thrive?
Our Approach
We design experiences that center relationships, leadership, and real-world learning. Every program is built to help participants see themselves differently, connect with others, and take meaningful steps toward their future.
Whether we're facilitating a workshop, building an ambassador program, or managing a multi-week experience, our focus is always on creating opportunities that are engaging, relevant, and lasting.

Youth Engagement & Programming
Programs that help young people discover who they are, where they're going, and how to get there.
What We Do
Program Design
We design youth programs, leadership experiences, ambassador initiatives, and learning opportunities that align with your goals and meet young people where they are.
Youth Facilitation
We facilitate workshops, leadership experiences, focus groups, retreats, and multi-day programs in both virtual and in-person settings.
Leadership Development
We help young people develop leadership skills, build confidence, and learn how to support and guide their peers.
Program Management
We provide end-to-end support, including logistics, recruitment assistance, stakeholder coordination, facilitator training, and program evaluation.
Ongoing Engagement
We help organizations create year-round opportunities for connection through family engagement events, peer cohorts, mentoring structures, and continued learning experiences.
What We Help With
You want more than a one-time experience.
Organizations often come to us when:
You want your investment to make a lasting impact.
Funding a youth program is one thing. Creating an experience that changes lives is another.
You need programming that feels relevant and engaging.
Young people are more likely to participate when learning connects to their experiences, goals, and identities.
You want to build leadership, not just participation.
The strongest programs help students develop confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.
You need support connecting students to what's next.
College access, career readiness, and leadership development require intentional planning and support.
You want a program that grows beyond a single event.
Meaningful youth engagement creates ongoing opportunities for connection, learning, and leadership.
What We Help With
You have the vision. We help make it happen.
Organizations often come to us when:
They have a conference, summit, or convening to plan but limited capacity
Staff are overwhelmed managing logistics instead of focusing on the mission
They want participants to leave energized and ready to act
They need help coordinating speakers, sessions, and event flow
They want clear feedback and documentation after the event
What Partners Walk Away With
Create meaningful experiences that young people remember
Develop confident student leaders and peer mentors
Strengthen college, career, and leadership readiness
Capture data and outcomes that demonstrate impact
Build a program that can grow, scale, and sustain over time
Featured Work
Amazon Future Engineer
CoCo designed and facilitated a multi-week technology externship for high school students at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle and HQ2 in Arlington. Students participated in design thinking experiences, coding activities, artificial intelligence exploration, professional skill development, and a culminating family showcase. As the program expanded, CoCo helped create a Work-Based Learning model that engaged upperclassmen as near-peer mentors and leaders.
Summer Externship

CoCo designed and managed a national scholarship announcement experience that replaced traditional notification letters with in-person surprise celebrations led by current Scholar Ambassadors. The campaign reached 161 students across the country and earned a 93 Net Promoter Score from surveyed educators, with 97% recommending the experience be repeated.
Scholarship Surprise Campaign

CoCo built and continues to manage the Scholar Ambassador Program, a leadership development initiative for scholarship recipients. The team designed the peer cohort structure, developed the Executive Board model, created onboarding systems, and facilitates Peer Owned Dialogue groups that connect upperclassmen with incoming scholars through mentorship and leadership development.
