Amazon Future Engineer
Summer Externship
We designed and facilitated a multi-week technology externship for high school students at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle and HQ2 in Arlington, engaging students in coding, design thinking, artificial intelligence, and career exploration. As the program grew, we helped develop a work-based learning model that empowered upperclassmen to serve as near-peer mentors and leaders.
Scholarship Surprise Announcements
We partnered with Amazon Future Engineer to surprise all 200 recipients of the 2026 AFE Scholarship with personalized announcements. Led by Scholar Ambassadors through both in-person and virtual celebrations, each surprise helped welcome scholars into a supportive community from day one.
Scholar Ambassador Program
We built and continue to manage the Scholar Ambassador Program, a leadership development initiative for Amazon Future Engineer scholarship recipients. We designed the program structure, developed the Executive Board model, and facilitate mentorship and leadership opportunities that connect upperclassmen with incoming scholars.
