YOUTH ENGAGEMENT & PROGRAMMING
When young people are engaged, challenged, and heard, they gain the confidence and skills to shape their own futures and their communities.
Coaction Collective designs and facilitates youth programming that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with both student development theory and the goals of the organizations we partner with. We work directly with students to facilitate focus groups, lead interactive workshops, and host community-building sessions that build leadership, communication and self-awareness.
Specifically, in our work with Amazon Future Engineer, we’ve supported high school and college scholars nationwide through programming that fosters identity development, college and career readiness, and peer leadership. Our Scholar Ambassador model also gives college students a platform to lead, facilitate dialogue, and strengthen community connections, all while contributing to broader program impact.
